The GenuTrain P3 is designed to center the knee during joint movement and provide relief from pain caused by misalignment of the kneecap, femoropatellar pain syndrome, or patellar dislocation. This active support features two integral compression pads and a corrective guide that stabilize the position of the kneecap, activating the musculature and accelerating the healing process.

It is used to help treat and prevent conditions such as patellofemoral pain syndrome, patellar tip syndrome, lateralization of the patella, high-riding patella, feeling of instability, and after lateral release surgery.
